  1. My classes are NEVER boring. Put it this way would you rather rockout/ shake it for an hour or face the mind- numbing dreadmill. I know which I prefer!
  2. My classes are for EVERY AGE, and EVERY BODY. Anyone can participate no matter your ability. The more the merrier!
  3. There’s no judgement. Who cares if you get that move wrong? As long as you’re moving and having fun that’s all that matters!
  4. Every move can be modified. It’s so important to listen to your body, so if you’re feeling like an intense session that’s great I’ve got your back. But also it’s important to account for those times you don’t so, if you’re taking it slower sometimes that’s cool too. You do you!
  5. My classes boost your mood. Getting fit the fun way is my mantra so, I can guarantee you will come out of my classes smiling- sweating and achy too but, mostly smiling.
  6. Self love. Nothing like shaking it like Shakira or squatting it like it’s hot to appreciate how bloomin’ awesome you are.
  7. I’m with you every step of the way. I’m definitely not the type of instructor to sit back and let you do all the hard work. Instead I’m here to push you, to motivate you and encourage you to be the best you can be. This often means I’m bouncing around like Tigger.
  8. My classes BURN. Both Zumba and Pound are great full body workouts than can burn up to 800 calories in 60 minutes!
  9. It’s all about bringing people together. Coming to my classes are an ideal way to socialise and to meet fun, like-minded people. Over the years I have built such amazing class communities and friends for life.
  10. Leesh Fitness classes are addictive. My classes are so much fun you’ll find yourself looking forward to your next workout- even if you can’t sit down after all the squatting.

Adult Street dance is an upbeat class that aims to develop technique, style and self-confidence in a FUN and non-judgemental environment. I mainly focus on the commercial dance style with core elements of street: hip-hop, popping and locking.

For adults with loads, some, or no experience come and let loose and get your groove on! You do not HAVE to be a dancer to join.
